No – I really don’t think this is graffiti – given the other markings in the parking deck I think this is as Deadspin would call it an unintentional dong. They are working on the city lot this weekend so it may be gone by tomorrow. Either way – it made me laugh when I saw it so I took a picture – I think I’ll call it a parking dick.
